Our Easy Return Policy: NanoSynergy Worldwide takes great pride in manufacturing a superior nutritional product for our customers and is backing it up with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund.
To return an item
To make a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before you send your merchandise back to NanoSynergy, request your RMA number by emailing your request to email@example.com.
Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package for returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
NanoSynergy® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
If items arrive damaged or defective
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-877- NSW-NANO (679- 6266). Provide your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
If wrong item is received
If you received the wrong product, simply e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 1-877- NSW-NANO (679-6266). Give us your name, order number and the item that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will check into this immediately, arrange for the missing product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product right away! You will receive the correct one before you know it.
If your product is damaged you must return the damaged product within seven days of receipt from postal delivery. Please return the damaged product and we will replace it for you plus reimburse you for the shipping after inspecting the damaged product. Please allow up to two weeks after we have received the product for your new product to arrive and for reimbursement. If you are unhappy with the product in any way, you must return the product within seven days of postal receipt along with the unused portion of skin care and the reasons for returning the product along with covering the return shipping cost. Our return policy requires you to include your name, address, phone number, username and how you paid for the product. If a credit card was used we will need the last four digits on the card for verification purposes. You must include an explanation of why you weren’t satisfied with the product. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit of funds, if that applies. For returns, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
